Charlie is survived by his son, Dylan Shoaf; parents, Chuck and Carol Shoaf of Vero Beach; mother, Dianna Dessing of Marion, IN; two brothers, Chet Shoaf and Jennelle Coley and James and Rachel Shoaf; step-daughter, Gulia Grumblis; niece, Britney Lowery-Shoaf and two nephews, Michael Shoaf and Austin Coley all of Vero Beach.
