Chester Casmir Kuro, Sr. 82, died March 30, 2008, in Fort Pierce, FL.Chester was born in Hammond, Indiana and was a resident of Fort Pierce since 1979, coming from Illinois.He was a mechanic in the heavy machinery industry, enjoyed reading and watching sports.Chester is survived by his wife of 61 years, Nellie Kuro of Fort Pierce, FL; sons, John Kuro of Hoffman Estates, IL, Chester Kuro, Jr. of Carrier Mills, IL, Alan Kuro of Hoffman Estates, IL and James Kuro of Suwanee, GA; brothers, Edward Kuro and John Kuro; sisters, Betty Keller, Stella Galuska, Irene Trocki, Gene Heintz and Karoline Winkowski, 11 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his brother, Walter Kuro, sister Florence Zeitler and daughter, Barbara Swegles.
