He worked for an aircraft manufacturing company and was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He enjoyed fishing and flying small planes.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Louise Macy of Ft. Pierce, FL; brothers, Reid Macy of Ft. Pierce, FL and Richard Macy of Mountain City, TN; sister, Judy McKinney of Elizabethton, TN.
