Christopher J. Floyd

Christopher John Floyd, 64, was born June 12th, 1959, in Dayton, Ohio. He died peacefully at his home in Florida on January 17th, 2024. Chris was preceded in death by his beloved mom Doris and his little brother Mike. 

If you knew Chris, you knew of his love for his beautiful wife, Maggie and the daughters he adored, Tara and Megan, as well as his sweet son, Jayden. In addition to his extended family and many friends, he will be missed by his grandchildren, Makayla, Maleah, Braxton, Roman, Thea, Colette, Ava, Ezra and Moxon.  His two sisters, Deborah and Libby will forever cherish their many memories of Chris' love. He was very proud of his stepchildren Chelsea, Nathan, and Dave. 

A lifelong hard worker he had a long career as a painter and went on to excel at building and installing car washes all over the country which landed him in Florida. It has always been a dream of his to live and retire in the warm climate. He will forever be remembered for his kindness, humor, skills at the grill, fireworks, karaoke parties, and boat adventures.

Funeral services will be held on March 2nd, 2024 at 2 PM at REVIVAL CHURCH, 4701 Frederick Pike, Dayton, OH 45414.  Immediately followed by a celebration of Chris's life for family and friends in the fellowship hall.
