Claree S. McGranahan, 91, died February 28, 2008 in Vero Beach, Florida.Mrs. McGranahan was born in Mercer, Pennsylvania and moved to Vero Beach in 1983 coming from Meadville, Pennsylvania.Prior to retirement, she worked for the Meadville Tribune for 29 years. She was a member of Indian River Presbyterian Church, Ft. Pierce.
Survivors include her daughter-in-law, Patricia McGranahan of Salisbury, MA; son-in-law, Edward W. Kerr of Meadville, PA; 4 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, James McGranahan, daughter, Carole L. Kerr and son, William J. McGranahan.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Indian River Presbyterian Church, 2499 Virginia Avenue, Fort Pierce, FL 34982.Services: Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3, 2008 from 6-8 PM at Haisley Funeral Home. A service will be held on Tuesday, March 4, 2008 at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Riverview Memorial Park.
