Cleo C. Derosiers, 97, died July 26, 2016 in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
Mrs. Derosiers was born in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania and moved to Vero Beach in 1925 and has resided in St. Lucie County for the last 18 years.
She loved to care for others; she was always there for friends and relatives.
Survivors include her daughter, Sharon Welbourn of Fort Pierce, FL; 7 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Ed DeRosiers and Henry R. Sapp, sons, Henry and Raymond Sapp, daughter, Elviras Lee, siblings, Bill Cothern, Virginia Williams, Peggy Cameron, Dick Cothern and Bob Cothern.

Services: Visitation will be held on Monday, August 1, 2016 from 12:00-2:00 PM with a service to follow at 2:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
