Constance Lorraine Crusoe

Constance Lorraine Crusoe, Connie, to family and friends, passed away January 30, 2015, from a broken heart.

Connie was the rock, corner stone and anchor in the Teel family. She cared for three children, two grandchildren, and a husband that due to health concerns, needed constant care. She was a friend in many ways to many in need. Connie always remembered a face and the story behind that face. She always had a camera in hand and would constantly take pictures of anyone or anything she could, often having them published in the St. Lucie Tribune. Connie was born September 25, 1946 in Key West to Captain Hillary Arthur and Constance Lorraine Crusoe. When her husband, Ronnie, passed in May of 2014, her heart was empty and could not be mended. "Ronnie and Connie", multi-generational Key West Conchs, went hand in hand for more than 5 five decades. They were inseparable, and when he passed it can truly be said that a person can die from a broken heart. She leaves behind her children, Candice Lynn and husband Ervin Coulter, Ronald Brian Teel II and life partner Alex, and Russell Bernard Teel and wife Sandra, grandchildren Jesse and wife Jeannie, Olivia and husband Tony and great grand children Ajay, Jalen and Ashton. We miss you Mom and Dad, but you are together at last holding each other, loving and laughing in Key West again.
