She was born in Kentucky, but lived the majority of her life on the Treasure Coast of Florida.
Cynthia was an avid gardener, loved the Lord and her family was her life. She was a very giving person, with a good heart and open arms.
Survivors include her husband of 16 years, Bill Betes; son, Robert Boland; daughters, Katharin Cappello, Jennifer Molten and Rachel Stevens; grandchildren, Robert Boland, II, Destiny Molten, Mya Boland-Olivo, Brianna Stevens, Dylan Stevens, Bradley Cappello, Annabella Cappello and Joshua Boland. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Marvine Frazer; brother, Larry Frazer, son, Joseph Lee Boland, and nephew, Captain Adam Snyder.
