Daniel W. Schiffbauer, 88, died October 14, 2008 in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
Mr. Schiffbauer was born in Brooklyn, New York and moved to Apopka, Florida 3 years ago from Fort Pierce.
He was a retired minister for the Seventh-day Adventist Church after 41 years and was a past Evangelist and Revivalist for seven years. He loved gardening and being out west horseback riding.
Survivors include his son, Daniel Schiffbauer, Jr. of Port St. Lucie, FL; daughter, Suzanne Morrison of New Castle, CO; sisters, Adeline Brooks of Portland, OR, Gloria Stark of Houston, TX and Dorothy Schlereth of Pennsylvania; 3 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wives, Marjorie and Loraine Schiffbauer.
Services: Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19, 2008 from 2-4 PM at Seventh-day Adventist Church, 2601 Virginia Avenue, Ft. Pierce. A service will follow at 4:00 PM at the church. Burial will take place at The Municipal Cemetery, Grand Junction, Colorado. Arrangements are under the direction of Haisley Funeral & Cremation Service.
