David J. Blomstrand, Sr., 73, died April 4, 2015 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Mr. Blomstrand was born in Hartford, Connecticut moving to Port St. Lucie, Florida in 2001 coming from West Springfield, Massachusetts.
He enjoyed bowling, gardening and crossword puzzles. He was a member of the United States Bowling Congress.
Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Betsy Blomstrand of Port Saint Lucie, Fl; daughters, Heidi (David) Inkel of Windsor, CT and Linda (John) Canady of Levine, AZ; son, David Blomstrand, Jr of Port Saint Lucie, FL; sisters, Darlys Rioux of Port Saint Lucie, FL, Sharon Knapp of Arizona and Debbie Smith of Windsor, CT; a brother, Richard Zak of West Suffield, CT; and 5 Grandchildren.
Arrangements are under the direction of Haisley Funeral Home and Cremation Services Tribute Center 2041 SW Bayshore Blvd Port St. Lucie, FL. A visitation will be held April 9, 2015 at The Haisley Tribute Center from 5 PM to 7 PM with a service to follow at 7 PM. An online guestbook may be signed at www.haisleyfuneralhome.com .
