Survivors include his wife of 24 years, Gail D. (Decker) Louzek of Vero Beach, FL; son, Dan Louzek of Cedar Rapids, IA; daughters, Katie Louzek of Lincoln, NE, Kimberly LeSage of Fort Pierce, FL and Jennifer Raymond of Vero Beach, FL; 9 grandchildren, Matthew, Tori, Cody, Madisyn, Maci, Allison, Benjamin, Thomas and John. He was preceded in death by his son, Billy Louzek.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the VNA Hospice, 901 37th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
