David Wayne Mountcastle Sr.

David Wayne Mountcastle Sr., 67, passed away on July 02, 2023 in Tucson, Arizona.

David was born on February 22, 1956 in Washington, District of Columbia. He proudly served in the United States Marine Corp and following his service he worked as both a roofer and an ordained pastor. In his free time, David enjoyed writing books. He was also a member of Christian Faith Fellowship in Tucson, Arizona.

David was preceded in passing by his son, Joseph Mountcastle of Hagerstown, MD. He is survived by his wife, Linda Mountcastle of Tucson, AZ; sister, Joanne Mountcastle Stely of Murfreesboro, TN; sons, David Mountcastle Jr. of Port St. Lucie, FL, Bobby Mountcastle of Panama City, FL, Christopher Mountcastle of Reno, NV, and John Mountcastle of Hagerstown, MD; daughters, Amy Rowley of Biloxi, MS and Stacy Wilson of Springfield, OH; and seven grandchildren.

A graveside service will take place at White City Cemetery on Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at 11 AM.
