David Allen Weber was born in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania on May 17, 1942. He moved to Miami, Florida (residing in Coconut Grove and Coral Gables) in November of 1942. He graduated from Coral Gables High School in 1960. From 1960 until 1979 he owned and operated Tigertail Standard Oil/Chevron Service Station and Garage. He married Diana Cushing Albrecht, producing one child, Lisa Ann Weber-Brown. He divorced in 1969 and then married Judith Virgin Weber in November 1976. He relocated to Georgia in 1979 then returned to Florida in 1995 (settling in Fort Pierce).
He was predeceased by his parents, Herman and Olive Weber, granddaughter Jennifer Whitney Brown, niece Susan J. Weber, and nephew Billy Weber.
He is survived by his wife, Judith Weber and daughter, Lisa Weber Brown and his brother William R. Weber.
