Dennis S. Robinson, 82, dies June 20, 2014 in Port Saint Lucie, Florida.

Dennis was born in the United Kingdom and was a resident of Port Saint Lucie for the last year and half coming from Michigan.

He was a consulting engineer and retired from E.D.S. He was given an honorary masters degree from the University of Michigan. Dennis was an avid artist, loved to read and sang barbershop. His true pride and joy was his grandchildren. He volunteered at Elementary schools and was a soccer coach.

Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Betty Robinson, of Port Saint Lucie, FL; sons, David Robinson (Kathi), of Atlanta, GA, Ian (Lori) Robinson, of Roscoe, IL, Derek (Lorretta) Robinson, of Waterford, MI, and Chris Robinson, of Port Saint Lucie, FL; sister, Margaret Powell, of Rockford, IL; grandchildren, Amy, Steven, Brandon, Michael and David; great-grandchildren, Tegan and Elliet.
