Derrell C. Hudson, 75, died September 9, 2008 in Ft. Pierce, Florida.Mr. Hudson was born in Westville, FL and moved to Ft. Pierce in 1957 coming from Westville.He was the owner/operator of Derrell Hudson Trucking.
Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Louise Hudson, of Ft. Pierce, FL; sons, Donald Hudson, of Harrisonburg, VA, and Wayne Meeks, of Lakeland, FL; brothers, Glenn Hudson and Hilton Hudson both of LaBelle, FL; sisters, Margaret Gunther, Mavis Hawthorn, and Margie Eargle, all of LaBelle, FL; 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Dennis Browning.Services: A visitation will be held on September 13, 2008 from 1-3 PM with funeral services to follow at 3 PM in the Haisley Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at White City Cemetery.
