Survivors include his mother, Bessie Clark of Hazlehurst, GA; sister, Shirley Graham of Hazlehurst, GA; brothers, Ronnie Clark of Avawam, KY and Randy Clark of Hazlehurst, GA; daughter, Melanie Clark of Winter Haven, FL; son, Eric Clark of Winter Haven, FL; and 2 grandchildren.
Services: A private burial will be held at Riverview Memorial Park.
