Ms. Hess was born in Chicago, Illinois and moved to Ft. Pierce in 1985.
She was a member of White City United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Merle and Margaret Hess. She is survived by her longtime caregivers, George and Barbara Gannon.
Memorial contributions may be made to the White City United Methodist Church, 810 West Midway Road, Fort Pierce, FL 34982.
Services: A memorial service will be held on December 21, 2011 at 10:00 AM at White City United Methodist Church with Rev. George Welch officiating. Inurnment will follow at White City Cemetery.
