She was the former owner of The Lost Conch Café.
Survivors include her daughters, Tara Collison of Huntsville, AL and Juli Snow of Fort Pierce, FL; son, Robert Bethune of New Market, AL; sister, Judith Burrichter of Ft. Pierce, FL; 9 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
