Dionisio “Dio” Hernandez Quintanar
Dionisio “Dio” Hernandez Quintanar, 55, died April 5, 2021 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Mr. Hernandez Quintanar was born in San Luis, Potosi, Mexico to Jose Hernandez Catalina and Guadalupe Hernandez Quintanar.
He served in the Mexican Army and went to school at Lorenzo Asterio Echavarria. Dio worked at E. G. Total Remodeling and Panda Roofing. He played and referred soccer for the Tropical Soccer League for over 20 years.
Survivors include his wife, Luz Hernandez of Fort Pierce, FL; step-daughters, Ashley Anderson, Tiffany Waller and Dona Jackson all of Port St. Lucie, FL; grandchildren, Jamal Reeves, Nalani Jackson, Amaya Anderson, and Jalen Waller all of Port St. Lucie, FL; siblings, Abdon Hernandez Quintanar of Mexico, Panfila Hernandez Quintanar of Alabama, Isidrio Hernandez Quintanar of Texas, Melquiades Hernandez Quintanar of Mexico, Andrea Hernandez Quintanar of Mexico, Cruz Hernandez Quintanar of Mexico.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jose Hernandez Catalina, mother, Guadalupe Hernandez Quintanar, sisters, Catalina Hernandez Quintanar and Antonia Hernandez Quintanar.
Services: A prayer service will be held on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at 10:00 AM with a visitation to follow from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce.
