Dominick "Dom" Buccola, passed away on March 6, 2025, in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Born on September 9, 1942, in Valley Stream, New York, he lived a life marked by passion and commitment to both his trade and his community.

He was a beloved member of the St. Lucie Catholic Parish, and enjoyed the study of Jin Shin Jyutsu (acupressure)

Dom loved working outside, transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful retreats and nurturing the environment around him. He earned a Master's degree in Education and enjoyed teaching. Born and raised in New York, Dom was a lifetime Yankees fan.

Throughout his life, Dom maintained strong connections with his family, including his beloved wife, Jackie Buccola, who provided unwavering support and companionship. He is also survived by his sons, Roy Buccola of New York and Matthew Buccola of Florida. Dom cherished his relationship with his brother Gary Buccola, his sister Paula Buccola, and celebrated the joys of grandparenthood with his granddaughter and daughter-in-law, Kelley and Marguerite Buccola.

A visitation will be held on March 20, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Haisley Funeral & Cremation Service Tribute Center 2041 SW Bayshore Blvd, Port St. Lucie, FL 34984. The Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday, March 21st, 2025 at 9:30AM at St. Lucie Catholic Church, at 290 NW Prima Vista Blvd, Port St. Lucie, FL 34983; with burial to follow at Fernhill Memorial Gardens 1501 S Kanner Hwy, Stuart, FL 34994

Dom Buccola's legacy will live on through the lives he touched as a loving husband, father, brother, teacher and healer. His contributions to both his profession and his family will be remembered with great affection by all who knew him.

Dom was committed to the community, making consistent donations to local community organizations. Please consider in lieu of flowers, donating to a local charitable organization.
