Don R. James, 81, died November 28, 2011 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Mr. James was born in Ada, Oklahoma and moved to Fort Pierce, in 1971. Don traveled the Southeastern United States for 26 years as an employee of Ebasco Services. He completed various management positions but mostly enjoyed tube welding. Don was a proud member of the Masonic Lodge #117 in Yellville, AR., for over 50 years. His favorite past-times were to be with his family, bowling, and catching bass in Lake Okeechobee. He was a loving husband, father, friend, and a very proud grandfather and great-grandfather.
Survivors include daughters, Lisa (Denny) Morgan of Ft. Pierce, FL and Pam (Buddy) Watson of Sebastian, FL; brothers, Glen Deen James and Arlie Proctor; sister, Katherine Seawright; grandchildren, Scott (Crystal) Perry of Sarasota, FL, Sabrina (Bobby) Yawn of Ft. Pierce, FL, and Staci (Justin) Shewell of Athens, GA; great-grandchildren, MaryAnn, Madison and Trent, and companion, Barbara Samson. He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Dean and sister, Jannalee Proctor.

A graveside service will held on Saturday, December 3, 2011 at 10:00 A.M., at White City Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Haisley Funeral & Cremation Service.
