Donald E. Bryan, 82, died December 4, 2011 in Ft. Pierce, Florida.
Mr. Bryan was born in Lake Hamilton, Florida and moved to Ft. Pierce 27 years ago coming from California.
Prior to retirement, he worked for the California Highway Patrol for 25 years and with the St. Lucie County Purchasing Department for 15 years. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Marines, graduate of Ft. Pierce High School, Class of 48’ and was a member of the Community United Methodist Church of Ft. Pierce.
Survivors include his wife, Reba M. Bryan of Ft. Pierce, FL; daughters, Donna Hodgson of Mineral Bluff, GA, Amanda Carlson of Ft. Pierce, FL, and Bobbie Jo Saltzman of Ft. Pierce, FL; son, Bill Bryan of Ft. Pierce, FL; stepdaughter, Ronna Silvay of Ft. Pierce, FL; stepson, Randy Sutterfield of Ft. Pierce, FL; 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; sisters, Gerry Hillhouse and Ann Sarrett; and brother, Lanny Bryan.

Services: Visitation will be held on Friday, December 9, 2011 from 9-10 AM with a service to follow at 10:00 AM at Haisley Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
