Donald Dennis, 61, died October 26, 2009 at his residence in Port Saint Lucie, Florida.
Mr. Dennis was born in Crittenden, Kentucky and moved to Port St Lucie in July coming from Palm Beach County where he lived for many years.
He worked in construction as a heavy equipment operator.
He proudly served in the United States Army during Vietnam, a member of the Palm Beach County Order of the Moose, and enjoyed fishing and being outdoors.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Treasure Coast Hospice 1201 SE Indian Street, Stuart, FL 34997.
Survivors include his daughter Elisa Dennis of Port St Lucie, FL; brothers Richard, Steve, and Allen of KY; sister Sandy Lane of GA; 1 grandchild. He was preceded in death by his wife Maria Dennis.
Services: A visitation will be held Thursday October 29, 2009 2-4 PM with a service to follow at 4:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home.
