He was a Technician for Bell South, retiring after 28 years. He attended St. Anastasia Catholic School and Fort Pierce Central High. He attended college at IRSC and Devry University in Atlanta, graduating with a Bachelors Degree. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force, and he was an avid photographer.
He is survived by his wife of ten years, Cynthia Kelly of Fort Pierce, his son, Kevin Kelly of Altus, OK, daughter, Lori Mooney of Jensen Beach, FL, mother, Ethel Kelly of Fort Pierce, FL, granddaughters, Hannah Mooney of Jensen Beach, FL, Sara Kyle of Jensen Beach, FL, grandsons, Ryan Mooney of Jensen Beach, FL, Andrew Kelly of Altus, OK, Patrick Kelly of Altus, OK, brother, Raymond Kelly of Fort Pierce, FL. He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Kelly.
