Donald Joseph Mcnamara

Donald Joseph McNamara, age 85, passed away on February 13, 2018 at the Treasure Coast Hospice in Fort Pierce. He was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey and was a resident of Fort Pierce, FL.
He was an administrator for the Engineering Department at the Singer Sewing Machine Company his entire adult life. Donald enjoyed spending time with his family, the Dallas Cowboys and remodeling.
He is survived by his children: Larlyne (Lyne) McNamara, William (Bill) McNamara, Mark McNamara, Sean McNamara, Virginia (Ginger) McNamara, and Melissa McNamara; sister, Jean Butler of West Long Branch, New Jersey. In addition, he is survived by 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Ruth McNamara; mother, Mary Agnes Terrell McNamara; and sister, Dottie McNamara.
Memorial contributions may be made in Donald’s memory to Treasure Coast Hospice, 5000 Dunn Road, Fort Pierce, FL, 34981.
Services: A gathering will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2018 in the Haisley Funeral Home Chapel, Fort Pierce from 3:00PM until service time at 4:00PM.
