Donna L. Kirk Hamm, 74, died Saturday, February 25, 2012 in Hickory, North Carolina.
July 22, 1937 in Franklin County, Ohio she was the daughter of Zeta Mae Neff of Ft. Pierce, Florida and the late Clarence W. Neff.
Donna worked for the Brevard County Sherriff’s Office and Public Safety. She also worked in Fort Pierce, for the St. Lucie County Clerk of Court, Haisley-Hobbs Funeral Home, as well as the St. Lucie County School Board. After retirement, she moved to N.C. and worked for a period of time as an office assistant at Jenkins Funeral Home.
In addition to her mother, Zeta Mae Neff and her husband of almost 10 years, William “Paul” Hamm, she is survived by two daughters, Kimberly Puckett and husband Wally of Concord, Ohio and Tamara Haseltine and husband Rick of Fairlawn, Ohio; two sons, Gregory L. Kirk and wife Dawn of Ft. Pierce, Florida and John W. Kirk and wife Jeni of Greensboro, NC; a step-daughter, Mary K. Samuels and husband Allen of San Jose, CA; a sister, Joan Selkowitz and husband Ronald of Pas Christian, Mississippi; three brothers, John A. Neff and wife Susie of Columbus, Ohio, David L. Neff and wife Lucille of Port St. Lucie, Florida and William Neff and wife Joann of Ocala, Florida; 13 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her father, Clarence W. Neff, a sister, Beverly Casa preceded her in death.

The family will receive friends from 2-5 PM on Sunday, March 4, 2012 at Haisley Funeral Home. A service will be conducted on Monday, March 5, 2012 at 10:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at White City Cemetery. A reception will follow at the Haisley Reception Center.
