Donna Lee Graf Williford, Age 80, of Fort Pierce, Florida passed away on February 9, 2019 after a sudden illness.
Donna was the loving wife of Mitchell L. Williford and the beloved mother of LeeAnn Williford Meltzer (husband Marc) and grandmother of Brielle and Noah of Jupiter, Florida.
Donna was born in Kokomo, Indiana on August 13, 1938 one of only two children to survive to Dale Graf and E. Irene Hunt Graf. Donna graduated Kokomo High School in 1956 and went to work in a Kokomo law office which is where she met a nice young Air Force pilot from Bunker Hill Air Force Base.
Donna was a member of Faith Presbyterian Church in Kokomo, Indiana and Indian River Presbyterian Church in Fort Pierce, Florida. Donna worked for Coxe Realty on 2nd street as a Real Estate Secretary and had a bird’s eye view of everything coming in and out of the St. Lucie County courthouse and jail. Donna worked as a Property Manager at Key Colony and assisted Key Colony residents inventory their estates.
Donna’s last job was as a Customer Service Representative for State Farm Insurance on Delaware Avenue with Skippy and Margaret Grey and later with Bill Knight.
Donna recently discovered her ancestry roots and spent many years gathering family history all the way back to the American Revolution and joining the Daughters of the American Revolution.
Donna loved to attend Air Force and High School Reunions and dance and share good times with friends. In recent years, Donna joined the Lakewood Park United Methodist Church.
Donna established her own Facebook account which allowed her to reconnect with old friends and family.
Friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Donna’s Life followed by a reception on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 10:00 AM, at Lakewood Park United Methodist Church, 5405 Turnpike Feeder Road, Fort Pierce, FL 34951. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Lakewood Park Methodist Church-General Fund.
