Dotty Carlisle, 74, died March 8, 2009 in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
Mrs. Carlisle was born in Huntington, West Virginia and lived in Fort Pierce for six years before moving to North Carolina.
Dotty was a member of the Cape Fear Church of Christ. She loved to sew and crochet.
Survivors include her son, Thomas Lee Carlisle of Fayetteville, NC; brother, Charlie Wharton of Fredericksburg, VA; sister, Pat Hurston of Colorado Springs, CO; 3 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Carlisle.
Services: Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2009 from 5-7 PM at Haisley Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, March 15, 2009 at 2:00 PM at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
