Doris was born in Davenport, Florida and was a resident of Melbourne Beach, Florida since 2000, coming from Lakeland, FL.
She was a realtor and a member of Central Baptist Church, Melbourne, Florida.
Survivors include her husband, Rev. Richard Parker, Sr. of Melbourne, FL; sons, Richard Parker of Melbourne, FL and Roger Parker of Atlanta, GA; brothers, Charles Dail of Lakeland, FL and Joe Dail of Medulla, FL; sister, Joyce Kirby of Lakeland, FL; and four grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Doris to the William Childs Hospice House, 381 Medplex Parkway, Palm Bay, FL 32902.
Visitation will be Saturday, April 7, 2012, 1:00 to 1:00 PM followed by a Service at 2:00 PM at the Central Baptist Church, Melbourne. Arrangements are under the direction of Haisley Funeral & Cremation Service. Online condolences may be expressed at www.haisleyfuneralhome.com
