Mrs. Russo was born in Pleasantville, New Jersey and moved to Fort Pierce in 1991.
She owned a glass company.
Survivors include her brothers, Earl R. Hackney, Kenneth D. Hackney, David Lee Hackney, and Donald Eugene Hackney. She was preceded in death by her husband, Angelo Russo.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in New Jersey.
