Mrs. Cooper was born in Newark, New Jersey and moved to Ft. Pierce in 1978 coming from New Jersey.She was a dental technician.Survivors include her sisters, Muriel Parrish of Ft. Pierce, FL, and Millicent Wanner of West Orange, NJ; nephew, Don Parrish of Ft. Pierce, FL; she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Cooper, and brothers, Sonny and Harold Rosenburg.
