Dorothy Seen Mckee

Dorothy Seen McKee, born to Howard and Clara Peck on September 5, 1921, passed away Sunday morning, September 22, 2013 in Fort Pierce, FL. Dorothy was a charter member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW. She graduated Dryden High School in 1949. She worked all of her life as a bookkeeper and secretary until retiring from Xerox in 1984. Enjoyed reading, and spending time with family and friends. Her smile had a way of brightening everyone's day.
Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents, husbands Carl Hicks, William Seen, and Samuel McKee, her sister Minna Fisher and brother Howard Bryant.
Dorothy is survived by her sons Leon Seen, James Hicks, and William Seen, daughter Anita Neal, grandsons Luke Render, Jeremy Seen, Katherine and Alessandra Neal, great granddaughter Brooke Seen, nieces, nephews, other relatives and good friends, Aggie Nolan, Sylvia Noble, Estelline McCain and other friends.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. at the Walworth Cemetary, Sherburne Road, Walworth, NY. Immediately following the service, refreshments will be served at the Second Baptist Church, 3689 Main Street, Walworth, NY.
Friends wishing to give a donation in her memory are asked to send it to Friends of the St. Lucie County Library, 101 Melody Lane, Fort Pierce, FL 34950, designate Large Print Books or to a charity of your choice.
Service: Arrangements are under the direction of Haisley Funeral & Cremation Services.
