Douglas M. Hogue, 70, died March 30, 2014 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Mr. Hogue was born in West Palm Beach, Florida and moved to Fort Pierce 27 years ago coming from Jupiter, Florida.
He proudly served in the U.S. Marines, Vietnam Veteran. Prior to retirement, he was a journeyman lineman for Florida Power & Light for 14 years. He worked for Electrical Contractors IBEW 323 as a lineman before Florida Power & Light. He was an active member of Westside Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Karen S. Hogue of Fort Pierce, FL; sister-in-law, Kathy Harvey; brother-in-law, Tom Dickson; nephews, Andy Hogue, David Hogue, and Jeffrey Dafoe all of Lake Worth, FL; and niece, Lori Lorenzo. He was preceded in death by his son, Wesley Hogue.
