Dr. Carl E. Andrews, 91, Died September 12, 2011 in Ft Pierce, Florida.
He was born in Lewiston, Maine and moved to Port St Lucie 20 years ago coming from West Palm Beach, Florida.
Dr Andrews was a retired general surgeon practicing in West Palm Beach for 33 years and a Veteran of the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his wife Jane P Andrews, daughters Ruth (James) Andrews Morris and Jean Andrews, son Richard J (Christie) Andrews, 7 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, and daughter-in law Cindy Andrews. He was preceded in death by his son, Carl D. Andrews.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2011 at 4:00pm at Haisley Reception Center, Ft Pierce.
