Earl Haisley, 85, died Thursday, May 9, 2002. He was born in Cincinnati and was a 53 year resident of Fort Pierce.
 
Mr. Haisley was the owner/operator of Haisley Sunoco Service Center on U.S. 1, Fort Pierce for 30 years. After that he was affiliated with HB Moore Enterprises & Haisley-Hobbs Funeral Home. He was a member of Ft. Pierce Lodge #87 F&AM, Amara Temple and Ft. Pierce Shrine Club. He was of the Methodist faith.
 
Survivors include his son and daughter in law, Richard F. and Jimmie Anne Haisley, Fort Pierce; grandchildren, Richard and Rochelle Haisley, Hollywood, FL, Lee Anne Haisley, Fort Lauderdale, Quinn Haisley, Fort Pierce, Matthew DeRoss, Los Angeles, CA, Blake DeRoss, Fort Pierce, Whitney Wirth, Fort Pierce; great grandson, Seth B. Haisley, Hollywood, FL; brother, Howard Haisley, Jr., Cincinnati, OH; sister-in-law, Ruth Haisley, Fort Pierce and companion, Essie Kearney, Fort Pierce.

Friends may call Tuesday, May 14, 2002, 5:00-8:00 P.M. at Haisley-Hobbs Funeral Home Chapel. A Masonic Rite service will be at 7:30 P.M., Ft. Pierce Lodge #87 F&AM, at Haisley-Hobbs Chapel. Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 15, 2002, 10:00 A.M., at Haisley-Hobbs Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Craig Bridgers officiating. Entombment to follow at Riverview Memorial Park.A reception will follow the entombment at the home of Rick and Jimmie Anne Haisley, St. Lucie Village.Haisley-Hobbs Funeral Home, Inc. in Fort Pierce is in charge of arrangements.
