Edgar G. Wester, age 75, died on June 1, 2009 in Fort Pierce, FL. He moved to Fort Pierce in 1973, coming from Melbourne, FL.
He retired from Scott Citrus, where he was the production manager for 35 years. He was of the Methodist faith. He enjoyed playing poker with his family, hunting and watching old western movies.
He is survived by his daughters; Joan Ashley, Kathy Mangrum and Sandra Root, all of Fort Pierce, his brother; Jerry Wester of Vero Beach, FL, sisters; Ovilene Linderman of Albertville, AL, Dorothy Knight of Boaz, AL, Carolyn Colby, Marie Bearden and Wiladean Greggs all of Albertville, AL; 5 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Wester and his brother, Onus Wester.

Friends may call on Thursday, June 4th from 11:00 AM -1:00 PM, at Haisley Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel, conducted by Rev. Craig Bridgers of the Crossings Community Church.
