Edgar Benton Tomlin, Jr., 75, passed away on August 25, 2017 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
He was born in Fort Pierce and remained a lifelong resident. Edgar was an avid fisherman. He loved animals, gardening and had a passion for telling stories.
Survived by his wife of 42 years, Yvonne Tomlin of Fort Pierce, Florida; daughter, Casey (Tommy) French of Fort Pierce, Florida; brothers, Doyle Tomlin and Grady Tomlin; sister, Nell Purdy; grandson, Thomas French, Jr.
Preceded in death by parents, Edgar and Ola Tomlin; brother, Talmadge Tomlin; sisters, Dorothy, Lorilla, Gracie, Flora Belle.

Services: Visitation will be held on September 2, 2017 from 5:00 to 7:00PM at Haisley Funeral Home, 3015 Okeechobee Road, Fort Pierce, Florida.
A Celebration of Life will be held on September 3, 2017 at 1:00PM at White City Park, Midway Road, Fort Pierce, Florida.
