Mr. Kephart was born in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania and moved to Ft. Pierce in 1978 coming from Osceola Mills, Pennsylvania.
He was a carpenter working for the last 4 years with Grandage Homes, Inc, Vero Beach. He loved to fish and was a big Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
Survivors include his wife, Dawn Kephart of Ft. Pierce; sister, Jane Creamer of Lovettsville, VA; brothers, Neal Kephart of Farmington, IL and Gary Kephart of Ft. Pierce, FL; 5 nieces; and 4 nephews; he was preceded in death by his parents, Justin S. & Marian Louise Kephart.
