Edward S. Krosky

Edward S. Krosky, 68, died April 17, 2008 in Ft. Pierce, Florida.Mr. Krosky was born in Schenectady, New York and moved to Ft. Pierce in 1978 coming from New York.Edward attended Faith Congregational Church in St. Lucie West and retired after 17 years with Florida Power & Light as a training supervisor. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. serving with the Presidential Helicopter Squadron (HMX-1), volunteered several years for the John Carroll High School Fall Festival and was a member of the IBEW Union. He loved fishing, hiking and painting.Survivors include his wife of 10 years, Cindy Krosky of Ft. Pierce, FL; son, Chris Krosky of Scotia, NY; daughters, Colleen Liberatore of Scotia, NY and Brooklynn Hurst Pohl of Orlando, FL; brothers, Bill Krosky of Colonie, NY, Ron Krosky of Loudonville, NY, Bob Krosky of Burnt Hills, NY and Karl Krosky of Schenectady, NY; sister, Karen McDonough of Snowhill, MD; grandchildren, Christopher, Sean and Greg Krosky.Memorial contributions may be made to National Brain Tumor Foundation, 22 Battery Street, Suite 612, San Francisco, CA 94111-5520.Services: Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25, 2008 from 3-4 PM at Haisley Funeral Home. A service will follow at 4:00 PM in the funeral home chapel.
