Elaine E. Sobieski

Beloved Wife and Mother lost her brave fight with cancer on October 10, 2003 in Ft. Pierce, FL.
She was retired from General Dynamics as a Product Analyst of military equipment.
Elaine was a very active member of St. Anastasia Church and loved to sing in the choir. Her musical talents extended to many shows performed at the “On Golden Ponds” Clubhouse. She enjoyed many friends who benefited from her love of cooking and baking. She was also a member of the Vero Beach Power Squadron and past President of the Shipmates.Survivors include her husband of sixteen years, Dr. Robert D. Sobieski of Ft. Pierce, FL; son, John Haubner of Sterling Heights, MI; daughters, Lauralee Rounds of Maui, Hawaii, Lisa Anne and husband Brian Dodds of Gregory, MI; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; she was preceded in death by her daughter, Sister Mary Kevin Haubner.
