Survivors include her husband, Daniel Pollack of Port St. Lucie, FL; children, Samantha Pollack of Port St. Lucie, FL, Lana Pollack of Lisbon, OH, Zachary Pollack, Adam Pollack and Conor Pollack all of Port St. Lucie, FL; mother-in-law, Hannah Pollack of Port St. Lucie, FL. She was preceded in death by her father, John Barabas and mother, Janet Walk.
