She was a member of the All Saints Church and loved playing bridge and watching golf.
Survivors include her granddaughters, Mary Elizabeth Byrd of Vero Beach, FL, Lori Anne Hargrave of Ft. Pierce, FL and Sheila Rae Bates of Lakeland, FL; 6 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, JB Duke, daughter, Charlene Anne Bates and son, George Ray Chandler.
Services: A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 1, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Lakeland Memorial Gardens, Lakeland, Florida.
