Elvia was a homemaker who loved baking, cooking, gardening, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

 Survivors include her husband, Enrique Morales, Sr.; sons, Jorge (Silvia) Morales of Fort Pierce, FL, Enrique Morales, Jr. of California, Jesus (Maria) Morales of Fort Pierce, FL, Enoc (Maria) Morales of Fort Pierce, FL; daughter, Herminia (Gustavo) Calderon of California, Marisol (Israel) Morales of Fort Pierce, FL, Rosalba (Angelo) Otero of Fort Pierce, FL; and grandchildren Marcos (Agnes), Alan, Alex, Andres, Josh (Sammy), Diego, Aldo, Franco, Oliver, Leah(Gabriel), Dayana(Timothy), Aylin, Daisi, April and 6 great grandchildren.

 She was preceded in death by her mother, Cecilia Gil, father, Luis Tinoco and brothers, Jaime, Jose, and Javier Magana.

 A service will be held on Friday, July 26, 2024 at 5:00 PM with a Visitation on same day from 6:00-8:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce. Graveside will be held on Sunday July 28, 2024 at 2:00 pm at White City Cemetery.
