Ernest Victor Liddle
June 10, 1923 — January 18, 2009
Dr. Ernest V. Liddle, 85, of Port St Lucie, FL, went to be with the Lord whom he served on January 18, 2009.
Dr. Liddle was born in Northern Ireland and immigrated to the United States in 1951. He was the eldest son of Col and Mrs. G.E. Liddle and was Dean Emeritus of Library Services, Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA.
In addition to his wife, Grace, he is survived by two sons, David and his wife Monika, Philip and his wife Ivy; two granddaughters, Jennifer and Vanessa; two sisters, Ruth Liddle and Miriam Buchanan and her family; a brother, Noel and his family.

A Memorial Service will be conducted on Tuesday, January 20, 2009 at 4:00 PM at Sunlight Community Church in Port St Lucie, FL of which Dr. Liddle was an active member.
