Mrs. Beam was born in Altoona, Alabama and moved to Ft. Pierce in 1950 coming from Oneonta, Alabama.
She worked at a yarn manufacturer.
Survivors include her daughters, Laura Evans of Ft. Pierce, FL and Martha Sapp of Hastings, FL; sons, Dave C. Beam of Washington, GA and Wilburn Beam of Sylvester, GA; 14 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren and 25 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dan Beam and sons, Alvin and Daniel Beam.
