Ethel Cole Bevacqua, 89, died December 27, 2010 in Ft. Pierce, Florida.
Mrs. Bevacqua was born in Kearny, New Jersey and moved to Ft. Pierce in 1978 coming from Miami, Florida.
She was a member of Sweet Adelines.
Survivors include her sons, Kurt (Cynthia) Bevacqua of Carlsbad, CA and Rick (Roxanne) Bevacqua of Port St. Lucie, FL; sisters, Edna Clayton of Maine and Dottie (John) Dougherty of South Carolina; brothers, Harold Johnson of Spain and George Johnson of Hobe Sound, FL; grandchildren, Natalie Gauci, Tony Bevacqua, Tawney Bevacqua, Garrett Bevacqua, and Brody Bevacqua; great-grandchildren, Jake Anderson and Gabriella Gauci; dear niece, Shirley Godouse of Jupiter, FL, along with her family, Michelle (Randall) Brown of Port St. Lucie, FL, Adam (Tanya) Goudouse of Port St. Lucie, FL, and Shirley Ann Adkins of Palm Beach, FL; niece, MaryAnn Colletta of Mission Viejo, CA; nephews, John Dougherty of Carolina Shores, NC, Jeffrey Clayton of Toms River, NJ and Wilfred Clayton of Raymond, ME. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mario “Woody” Bevacqua and sister, Marie Mullins and Lorraine Purnell.
