Eugene Fulwood

Eugene Fulwood, age 83, died on November 20, 2009 in Fort Pierce, FL. He was born in Waycross, GA and moved here in 1946.

Mr. Fulwood was a founding member of Fairlawn Baptist Church. He was an employed for 47 years with the Ft. Pierce Growers and Indian Harbor Citrus and was the owner/operator of S&F Groves of Fort Pierce. He was a veteran of the US Army serving during WWII in the South Pacific.

He is survived by his sons, Gene W. Fulwood (Mary), Hilton E. Fulwood, Carlton D. Fulwood (Claudia), Jimmy E. Fulwood (Vickie) Joseph P. Fulwood (Jessica); daughter, Virginia Conaster (Larry); brother, W. H. Fulwood, all of Fort Pierce, his grandchildren, Larry D. Conaster of Fort Pierce, Mark A. Conaster of Fort Pierce, Jacob P. Hornsby of Port St. Lucie, Daniel W. Fulwood of Ocala, Jessica Burton of NC, Kayla Ann Fulwood of TN, Justin Earl Fulwood of Fort Pierce, Anthony Fulwood of Fort Pierce, Ariana Fulwood of Fort Pierce, his great-grandchildren, Chad Fulwood, Lilah Fulwood, Christian Fulwood, and Jordan Burton. He was preceded in death by his wife, Edith.

Visitation will be held Monday, November 23, from 5-7PM, at Haisley Funeral & Cremation Service. A Funeral service will be on Tuesday, November 24, at 11AM in the Haisley Chapel, burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Garden.
