Florence R. Covaleskie passed away in her sleep on April 6, 2015. Raised in Brooklyn, NY, she moved to Fort Pierce, Florida, in 1972, where she discovered a talent for painting, producing many beautiful oil paintings, and enjoyed dancing with the Highettes dance group. Pre-deceased by John D. Covaleskie, her husband of 53 years, she is survived by two children, five grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, April 10, 2015 at 3:00 PM at St. Mark’s Catholic Church.
