Houfek MD, of Ft Pierce, FL; Sons, Edward F. Houfek of Tampa, FL, Robert C. Houfek of Boca Raton, FL, and John R. Houfek of the US Navy Seals; Daughters, Laura Bendfelt of Boynton Beach, FL and Susan Aldrich of Vero Beach, FL; 7 grandchildren; 3 brothers and one sister. She was preceded in death by her son David F. Houfek and a sister Mary Glugla.Memorial Contributions may be made to Treasure Coast Hospices, 1201 SE Indian Street, Stuart, FL 34997.Services: A family Memorial Mass will be held at St. Anastsia in Ft. Pierce, FL.
