Frances Jane Small, 81, died June 18, 2011 in Ft. Pierce, Florida.
Mrs. Small was born in Detroit, Michigan and moved to Ft. Pierce in 2002 coming from Frost Proof, Florida.
She was a member of White City United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her son, Robert Small, Jr. of Ft. Pierce, FL; sisters, Dottie Beal and Betty Jackson; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Small, Sr. and sister, Susan Kersey.
